Snapdeal

i was thinking to give 0 *. i ordrered Corben A1+ mobile and havent recieved any responce from them for 4 days and on 5th day some colled and informing that the order is going to cancel and was not sure how this could happen after 5 days and it was in stock when i raised an order. and on 6 day i have writen to their support rquesting to know the status. received responce from them saing the product will delivered in couple of days. i was not believed that. so i called them get reconfirmed and they confirmed the same as i would get a phone in couple of days. befoure disconnecting the call i though to ask about the call i recieved on order cancellation. then the caller kept me on hold for 5 mins and came back to telling me that "SORRY FOR THE INCONVINIENCE CAUSED, YOUR ORDER IS GOING TO CANCELLED DUE TO THE LACK GOODS AND YOUR MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED IN 7 TO 8 WORKING DAYS". what the hell?

i recently brought micromax funbook pro it is not working with net charger not working i really felt very bad for buying with snap dealif can i will give no rating dont buy from snap deal
